“I think this is really going to change the face of the theater scene in Birmingham,” Fuller says.

“We are training students who really want to go into this as a profession,” Fuller says. “This gives them the option to accrue Equity candidacy points … If they work on one production with us each year, over four years they can accrue half their (Equity candidacy) time before they go into college.”
